Terms & Conditions

Walkenhorst's provides the most reliable service in the industry. Since the establishment of Walkenhorst's in 1965, we have been committed to a standard of impeccable customer service. You will find that Walkenhorst's offers the widest selection and highest quality of products at the price you need.

We stand behind every product we sell and want to establish lasting relationships with our customers by making sure you are completely satisfied. You can count on Walkenhorst's for reliability, dependability, and prompt friendly service.

Please keep in mind that every effort has been made to show and describe the merchandise in our catalogs and on this site as accurately as possible. However, many manufacturers make minor changes in design specifications, color, and style from time to time. We regret any typographical errors or descriptions we may have overlooked. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. If you find an error we may have overlooked, please contact us so that we can make appropriate corrections.

Unfortunately, Walkenhorst's cannot be responsible for manufacturers' failure to deliver goods featured on this website. Based on our judgment, refunds may be issued for out of stock items or orders may be held temporarily awaiting product arrival, unless Walkenhorst's is otherwise notified before the order has shipped.

Some manufacturers may occasionally discontinue an item we offer. If the item has been replaced with an updated model we will ship the new item in place of the discontinued item. If there is not a direct replacement item available, we will contact you for a new selection or select a similar item when institutional regulations allow.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from Walkenhorst's, you may return the item within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. The original box, packing materials, and all included accessories are required for returns. Returned items will be refused if not packed adequately. Items may be returned to Walkenhorst's beyond the 30-day period if they are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Walkenhorst's is not responsible for return shipping charges and any return freight charges billed to Walkenhorst's will be deducted from the amount refunded. Packages refused by a facility will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
